To Play: Matching Game
- Set the cards face down in a grid of 12 cards. Play it like a matching game where two players take turns matching cards.
- Also, set up a Battle card pile. Put all the Battle cards face-down in a separate pile.
- Start the game by pulling a Battle card from the pile. You can decide to play your Battle card, or save it for another time.
- Next, take your turn by flipping over two cards at a time.
- If the cards match in color, you keep the cards.
- If they don’t match, the other player takes their turn.
- Keep taking turns until both you and your partner both win a set of cards. Then, show each other your cards.
- Choose one of the self-care prompts for your partner to do. Do the self-care prompts!
- Repeat until the game is over when no more cards are left.
